Ed Zobeck brings his vast and diverse experiences as an accomplished human resources leader to benefit Learning Dynamics clients.

As a corporate Vice President in Human Resources and in his many other career roles, he has developed expertise leading training and organizational development, compensation and benefits, and employee and labor relations functions.

Most recently, Ed was the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for the Renaissance Life & Health Insurance Company (RHLICA) and Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio & Indiana. In that role, he provided strategic and day-to-day leadership to Business Integration, Operations, General Counsel, Corporate Audit, Corporate Real Estate Services, Corporate Philanthropy, Human Resources, and Talent Management & Organizational Development. He served on the strategic leadership team for RHLICA.

A talented facilitator, educator and presenter, Ed holds a BS and M.Ed from Wayne State University in Michigan.
