Trish Kelly

Consultant

Trish Kelly has over 18 years of experience leading provider relations, change management and human resources functions with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and in teaching roles in higher education. Her areas of expertise include relationship management, recruiting, career counseling, resource allocation and group facilitation.

Trish began teaching at the college level in 2008. She is now a faculty member in the School of Business at Quinnipiac University after earlier teaching work at Briarwood College. Her courses include Human Resource Management, Career Development and Management at the university. Trish also leads recruitment efforts in the Human Resources department of the University of New Haven. In addition, she has developed course material and presented workshops on résumé writing, interviewing skills, time management, effective team building and other topics for both online and classroom delivery.

Trish holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Quinnipiac University. She is certified in Project Management through George Washington University and ESI International. She is a licensed Life and Health Insurance broker in Connecticut.
