Principal Faith Dynamic Leaders:
Charles Frazier leads a team of consultants who average more than 15 years of successfully leading faith-based initiatives nationwide. A leader in the ecumenical community locally and nationally, he has written numerous feature articles and training modules on how to successfully introduce and sustain successful faith-based strategies in congregations across the country.
Charles holds an MBA from the University of Hartford (CT), a master of social work (MSW) degree with a casework concentration from the University of Connecticut, and a BA in sociology/criminal justice from Hampton University (VA).
Pastor Turner received his BA in Business Administration cum laude, with University Honors from Tennessee State University. He holds a master of divinity degree from Vanderbilt University, and he is currently pursuing a doctor of ministry degree with a concentration in transformational leadership from Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School.
Louann Hart has more than 20 years of experience in leading faith-based initiatives domestically as well as internationally. She spearheaded fundraising projects and brought donations to a church-supported seminary in Russia and she developed home-based business enterprises in Russia and the Ukraine. Domestically, she led interfaith youth groups and fundraising efforts for churches in the New York metropolitan area and she worked with the start-up committee for Covenant House in New York City. She has developed cross-cultural hiring and retention programs and she has served as lead strategic planner for businesses and churches throughout New England.
The author of numerous feature articles, Louann has served as an adjunct lecturer at the University of New Haven She holds a BS degree from Connecticut College, and she is trained in Reiki energy healing at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, CT.
