She has professionally coached more than 5,000 individuals, ranging from senior executives to college students.

Sonia is a results-oriented motivator with comprehensive skills in Corporate Development, Financial Management, and Program Development. As Vice President of Leadership Development at a national non-profit organization promoting diversity in an academic environment, Sonia developed, defined and implemented learning programs for staff and interns to ensure they possessed the skills required to successfully execute business strategies and deliver quantifiable results.

Sonia holds a BS in Biology from Texas A&M University.
