Simone Junious

Consultant

Simone Junious has over 15 years of experience leading human resources and training and development initiatives with large, industry-leading organizations Consolidated Edison (ConEd), Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan Chase. Her career focus has been on developing leaders by using expert coaching skills, assessment instruments and strategic training initiatives.

She has delivered training and used assessments with employees ranging from junior supervisors to senior managers. She has also been instrumental in driving corporate-wide change initiatives and related training to support them, integrating both computer-based and instructor-led programs. While with Merrill Lynch, Simone served as the program manager for the company’s executive leadership and development department. She has also created and delivered customized leadership and training solutions for federal government, New York City government and private-sector clients.

Simone holds a bachelor in Business Administration degree with a major in Human Resources Management, Training and Development conentration, from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. She is certified to administer and interpret universally recognized assessments including DISC, Situational Leadership II, MBTI and 360-Degree Feedback.
