Rosemary has more than 30 years experience in organizational and leadership development. Her background as a corporate executive, facilitator, and consultant has led to her success in working with executives and managers who must think and behave in new ways to positively impact their work as well as their ability to achieve strategic business results with others. She has delivered programs in supervisory skills, conflict, communication and interpersonal skills.

Rosemary has worked in the financial services industry and has partnered with Fortune 100 companies through her work with the Centers for Management and Executive Development at Bryant College and Boise State University.

Rosemary holds an undergraduate degree from Merrimack College and a graduate degree from the University of Rhode Island. She has done additional work at Harvard University.

Her clients include Pfizer, Mellon Financial Corp., Citizens Bank, Guilford Pharmaceuticals, Duke Energy, Coca-Cola, KPMG Canada, Irving Oil, JP Morgan Chase, Willis Group and MBIA.
