Patty Sanchez Franco is a highly skilled facilitator and trainer with more than 15 years of experience in Fortune 500 organizations, including CIGNA, Pfizer, and RR Donnelly, where she worked in key Human Resources and Organizational Development roles. She began her career at The Chicago Tribune, where she designed development programs for high-level executives and managers. Her areas of expertise include Team Building, Motivating & Leading Others, Driving Employee Engagement, and The Art of Selling.

Patty holds a Master’s degree in Adult & Organizational Development from Temple University and a BS degree in Psychology from Pace University (CT).
