Monique Harrington

Monique Harrington has worked in the Human Resources field for more than 10 years, where she specialized in training and development for executives, supervisors, and staff in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. In her role as a trainer, she has developed and delivered programs on varied topics including performance management, behavioral interviewing, recruitment, and product life cycles.

Monique began her career with The Boy Scouts of America, where she was responsible for community outreach, fundraising, leadership building, and community enrichment programs. She transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry, where she was responsible for generalist aspects of human resources, including employee relations, policy development and enforcement, compensation and benefits, and training and development.

Monique holds a BS in Speech Communication from Northern Arizona University. She is an active member of SHRM and she is involved in many community-enrichment activities in her hometown of Tacoma, WA.
