Michael Steele

Michael Steele is a business leader with executive-level experience in operations, project management, education services and logistics. He has served as the president and chief operating officer of a national non-profit organization and as an operations and safety executive for a regional specialty retailer. He combined these and other experiences with Ford, Southland Corporation (7-Eleven) and other organizations to own and operate a successful company in the private childhood education industry. He is also a certified instructor in global ethics and participates as a board member on many non-profit organizations.

Michael is known for coaching and developing others through his hands-on leadership style in diverse environments. His successes in managing dispersed multi-state teams, supply chain management, operations and talent development are many. Michael has been responsible for many successful enterprise-level projects and contract negotiations. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and served honorably as a combat-zone company commander.
