Mary Sue Cavanagh

Vice President of Operations

Mary Sue Cavanagh has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, international communications and IT management in a Fortune 50 corporation.  She has designed and facilitated software training programs that have been implemented throughout Europe, Asia, and South America, where she worked in concert with senior executives to customize instructional modules tailored to corporate needs.  She was responsible for implementing Leadership Development Review processes for the organizations she supported.  In addition, she worked in tandem with management to develop and implement effective succession plans.


As Executive Director for a CT-based non-profit organization, Mary Sue was responsible for implementing a “Character & Life Skills Training Program” for more than 400 at-risk high school students representing 15 inner-city schools during the course of one academic year.  She holds an MSM (MBA) from Purdue University and a BA in French from St. Mary’s College at Notre Dame.
