Who We Are


Louann Hart has more than 25 years of experience as a Senior Human Resources Executive. Her extensive background includes assignments at Fortune 500 organizations, including GE, ITT, Amgen, and Abbott Laboratories. Her in-depth experience in delivering change management, organizational and restructuring, succession planning, management development and executive coaching has made her an in-demand professional counselor across industries. The “Strategic Futuring” model she developed is a proprietary strategic visioning, planning and team-building program that has been successfully taught and incorporated into corporations and non-profit organizations all over the country.
Louann holds a BS degree from Connecticut College. Her feature articles and white papers have been published in the International Human Resources Journal and she has served as an adjunct professor at the University of New Haven (CT).
