Leslie Byers

Senior Consultant

Leslie Byers brings more than 25 years of experience in employee relations and executive and staff training design to clients in the retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, banking, and hospitality industries. She has presented training programs and human resources training to corporate leaders and supervisory staff across industries and across the country.

Leslie has presented more than 90% of Learning Dynamics' "Train-the-Trainer" programs over the last decade, in addition to re-designing the Leader’s Guide for the award-winning "Common Decency®" program. She designed one of Learning Dynamics' most popular new programs - "Early Detection ™"- a software program for Legal and Human Resources departments that successfully tracks high-risk workplace situations.

Leslie holds an MA in Education from the University of Iowa and a BA from Union College.
