Kira Copperman has more than 15 years of experience in corporate management and human resources management, particularly in the healthcare industry. She has designed and presented workshops and seminars on a wide variety of topics, including team building, customer service, performance management, and successfully merging a multi-generational workforce. She has also analyzed and developed successful training modules in the Human Resources field, including effective staffing, staff development, and employee relations. A published author, Kira’s extensive research has been featured in The Journal of Women’s Health. Her articles have appeared on webmd.com and on parenting.com . She is an in-demand speaker for national conferences on topics ranging from customer service to patient satisfaction.

Kira holds an MS degree from NYU and a BS in Communications from Emerson College in Boston, MA. She is a past Board of Directors member of several non-profit organizations headquartered in New York City.
