Jose Garza is a Senior Consultant with Learning Dynamics. His entire career has been focused on organization and talent development as well as training initiatives with leading organizations. His experience creating and delivering company-wide training and development programs for organizations employing up to 20,000 or more people make him a valuable resource for Learning Dynamics clients. They benefit from his deep expertise built during his 25 years of positions of ever-greater influence and impact with diverse organizations.

Jose’s roster of employers and consulting clients includes StanleyBlack & Decker, where he served as Talent Development Manager for a 25,000-person business unit, Liberty Mutual, where he developed competency-based leadership development program, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, where he served as Director of Learning and Development. Other organizations with which he has worked include companies in manufacturing, insurance, financial services, hospitality, and other industries.

Jose holds a BS in Leadership Development from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
