Ed Alves has more than 20 years of executive experience in the financial services sector, where he has served as an account executive, professional trainer and performance coach in financial institutions in the US and Canada. As the Chief Operating Officer at Lee Training & Development, Inc., Ed designed and delivered customized training programs and has successfully coached more than 20,000 company representatives, increasing the company’s client base by 500%.

As an executive for Wachovia Securities, Ed managed $110 million in assets for 160 clients. He spent 8 years as a successful financial advisor for Merrill Lynch, and he is a licensed Life & Health insurance agent. He holds Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, and Series 9 licenses.
Ed earned his BS degree in Business Administration from Bryant University in Rhode Island. He is currently President of The Rotary Club and serves as a Board Member for “Project Cure” and “Mid-Town Little League” in Rhode Island.
