Dwayne Jackson offers a global perspective on leadership, learning and development gained from human resources management experiences with Fortune 500 organizations and a two-year consulting assignment with government entities in Uganda with the United States Peace Corps. He has done extensive needs assessment, strategic development, business process creation, and operational training and development in much of his work. He also led the implementation of the human resources department of a new $250 million international business venture in the Middle East and specialized recruitment efforts to support various US locations. He is certified in process improvement programs for manufacturing and office environments.
Dwayne has led and inspired several non-profit organizations in executive management roles. In short, he brings diverse experiences and perspectives from for-profit, not-for-profit, and governmental organizations.
Dwayne Jackson holds a BA from Westfield State College in Massachusetts and the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) professional credential.
