Who We Are


Dwayne Jackson has more than 20 years of executive experience in human resources management and financial services administration with Fortune 500 corporations.
An expert in designing and delivering training programs, he managed the strategy and execution of cultural change initiatives for a Fortune 100 corporation. In addition, he created and delivered interactive training for supervisory staff on a wide range of workplace diversity themes. He provided guidance and support for the engineering, marketing and programs departments on organizational issues including leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and departmental restructuring.
As Second Vice President of Corporate Systems for a Fortune 500 financial services company, Dwayne managed a team of 18 application developers supporting human resources and finance systems applications. He led a department of 60 in the preparation and presentation of financial reporting for group pension plans in addition to supervising the preparation of cost estimates for group plan proposals.
Dwayne holds a BA from Westfield State College (MA). He carries the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) professional designation.
