David McPherson has extensive legal experience in boutique law firms and he has also served as an in-house corporate attorney for LensCrafters, as Senior Director of Associate Relations. The author of numerous articles and publications, his feature article entitled "Developing an Employment Dispute Resolution Program" was first published in The Ohio Labor Letter, and has served as a blueprint for progressive law firms and legal departments in helping them to find a viable alternative to costly court proceedings.

David holds a JD from the University of Cincinnati (OH), and an MS and BS degree from Bowling Green State University (KY).
