Who We Are


Charles Frazier brings more than 20 years of experience in management, marketing, sales and social services to his vast array of clients in both the public and non-profit sectors. He has designed and presented training programs on successful conflict resolution in a changing workplace, effective stress management, leadership development, and adapting to corporate change.
Charles most recently served as a Board member in several organizations, including The Hartford Symphony and The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Hartford. He is a leader in the ecumenical community both locally and nationally and has written feature articles and training modules on implementing successful programs in faith-based organizations.
Charles holds an MBA from the University of Hartford (CT), an MSW with a Casework concentration from the University of Connecticut, and a BA in Sociology & Criminal Justice from Hampton University (VA).
