Dr. Barbara Vallera has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources training and development. Her unique background showcases her expertise in education, curriculum design, research, and business management. She has developed and implemented leadership programs and succession planning strategies in educational institutions and corporations nationwide. She is a past Associate Director of Organizational Programs at Quinnipiac University, and she has served as an adjunct professor at Albertus Magnus College (CT), Sacred Heart University (CT) and Springfield College (MA).

Barbara holds a Doctoral degree from the University of Phoenix and Master’s degrees from Rensselaer of Hartford and Central CT State University.
