Anne Nickerson

Training Partner

Anne Nickerson is an executive coach and management development training professional providing targeted training programs in multiple industries across the nation.  She began her career in customer service and call center management at CIGNA Healthcare, where she served as Director of Training Performance and Leadership Development.  Today, as one of the leading call center training experts in the US, Anne focuses on providing exemplary customer service training techniques to customer service professionals who work in call centers countrywide.


Anne is the founder of Call Center Coach, LLC, an organization dedicated to promoting exemplary customer service to individuals and client companies all over the world.  Her experience spans more than 20 years in the fields of organizational development, effective team building, facilitation and customized customer service training.  She has published more than fifty articles on how to operate call centers efficiently, and her book Not By the Seat of My Pants was specifically written to help call center supervisors create a positive work environment in what is a competitive, high-stress, fast-paced industry.

 

Anne holds an MS degree in Human Development and Adult Education from Syracuse University.
