Barbara E. Headley

Dr. Barbara E. Headley has served for over 29 years in leadership roles within profit and non-profit organizations. She has experience as an organizational consultant in the areas of leadership and organizational management. She has worked with over 30 community organizations, advising them on issues of leadership, team building and development.

 

She has trained professionals in the areas of leadership development, conflict mediation and non-profit management.  She founded Faith Initiatives, a faith-based non-profit community service organization, and served as president. Her life’s work and passion is the development and equipping of others for leadership.

 

Barbara, a graduate of Leadership Greater Hartford, has a B.S. degree in physical therapy from Ithaca College, a Master of Divinity degree from Union Theological Seminary, a Doctor of Ministry degree in Congregational Studies from Hartford Seminary and a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Bay Path College, where she is an adjunct professor.
