Wilbur Pike’s professional history includes more than 30 years in corporate management, training and development, combined with entrepreneurial acumen in transition issues in Industrial and organizational development.  Wilbur has authored numerous articles on effective transitioning to team-based decision-making, leadership training, and customer service.  He promotes a “real-world” approach to effective employee development by using interactive, participatory training design, delivery and consulting management techniques.


Most recently, Wilbur served as the Senior Educational Consultant, Human Resources Division for The Hartford.  His responsibilities included creating customized training programs suited to the current and future business needs of the organization.


Wilbur holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Industrial Psychology from the University of New Haven (CT), and a BS degree in Secondary Education from Southern CT State University. He has authored a book entitled Leading the Transition.
