A Learning Dynamics Consultant, Terry Mo has spent over 20 years in China developing and implementing strategic plans, and establishing/managing operations in sales, marketing, R&D, corporate services, supply chain and manufacturing. He was also responsible for the identification and acquisition of customers, formation of business alliances, management of financial and human resources in China. He has held senior executive positions with several Fortune 500 companies including GE Plastics, Olin, Praxair, FMC, Great Lakes Chemicals and Motorola.

Terry holds an MBA and MS in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He speaks, reads and writes Chinese fluently. Born in Shanghai, and a US Citizen, Terry resides in Connecticut.
