Nat has over 25 years experience in workplace leadership and human resources and labor relations management.

He is a former project manager and now maintains a legal practice, focusing on collaborative processes in the workplace.

Nat has designed and delivered numerous training programs for both public and private sector employers.

Topics have included sexual harassment awareness; high performance hiring; skills for the front line supervisor; conducting workplace EEO investigations; observation skills for supervisors; administering family, medical, ADA and other leave; and low risk record keeping for public sector employer.

Nat has experience in the legal, public education, banking, environmental, and general aviation sectors.

Nat holds a B.A. in English from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and has a J.D. from the University of Connecticut.

Nat is involved in a variety of volunteer work. He is former President of the Board of Directors of CPEP (Connecticut Pre-Engineering Program); current President of the Board of Directors of 43rd Aviation Flying, Inc.; a founding member of FlyingKids; a member of Leadership Greater Hartford’s Leadership Circle; and he is currently participating in the American Leadership Forum.
