Attorney Nathaniel “Nat” Brown has more than 25 years of experience in human resources and labor relations management. His legal practice focuses on fostering and maintaining collaborative processes in today’s changing workplace.
A former project manager, Nat has designed and presented programs and seminars in both the public and private sectors on such topics as sexual harassment awareness, high-performance hiring tactics, skills for front-line supervisors, how to conduct successful EEO workplace investigations, administering family, medical, disability and other leave acts, and low-risk record keeping for public sector employers. He brings in-depth experience in the fields of banking, environmental, education, legal, and general aviation sectors to his ever-expanding client base.
Nat holds a JD from the University of Connecticut and he earned his BA in English from Trinity College in Hartford, CT. He is the former President of the Board of Directors of CPEP (the CT Pre-Engineering Program) and he is currently serving as President of the Board of Directors of 43rd Aviation Flying, Inc. He is a member of Leadership Greater Hartford’s Leadership Circle and is an active participant in America’s Leadership Forum.
