Monique Harrington has worked in the human resources field for over 10 years, specializing in training and development. In her role as a trainer she has developed and conducted programs on such varied topics as performance management, behavioral interviewing, recruitment, and product life cycles.

Monique began her career at the Boy Scouts of America where she was responsible for community outreach, fundraising, leadership building and community enrichment programs. After this, she transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry where she was responsible for generalist aspects of HR. This included employee relations, policy development and enforcement, compensation and benefits, training and development, and numerous other areas.

Monique holds a B.S. degree in Speech Communication from Northern Arizona University. Monique has been an active member of SHRM and is involved in local community activities in her home town of Tacoma, WA.
