Louann Hart is a Consultant with Learning Dynamics. Louann has over 25 years of experience as a Senior Human Resources Executive. Her broad background includes assignments at Fortune 500 companies including GE, ITT, Amgen and Abbott Labs.

Louann has significant experience in change management, organizational planning and restructuring, strategic and succession planning, management development and training, executive coaching, and expatriate policies.

Her "Strategic Futuring" model is a proprietary strategic visioning, planning and team building process that has been used with corporations, non-profits and individuals.

Louann holds a B.S. from Connecticut College. She has published in International HR Journal and taught as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of New Haven.
