Lauren has over 35 years experience in human resources and training and has held several executive positions in Human Resources in which she was responsible for all aspects of HR.

Lauren has a unique blend of education, professional experience and personal convictions gained through successful business experiences and extensive volunteerism. She is regarded as a role model for minority youths.

Lauren holds her Executive MBA from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Eastern Connecticut State University.

She is an accomplished trainer and facilitator, and a part-time adjunct instructor at Eastern Connecticut State University and Central Connecticut State University.

Active in the community, Lauren is involved with the National Black MBA Association, the National Association of Female Executives, and the American Society for Training and Development.
