Kira Copperman is a Senior Consultant with Learning Dynamics. Kira has over 15 years of Corporate Management and Human Resources experience, particularly in the healthcare industry.

Kira has designed and delivered workshops on a variety of topics, including customer service, presentation skills, performance management, and team building. She has also executed all Human Resources functions including staffing, employee relations, and staff development.

Kira is also a published author as her research has been featured in The Journal of Women's Health. Her articles have appeared on webmd.com and parenting.com. She has also presented at numerous national conferences on topics related to customer service and patient satisfaction.

Kira holds a Master's from New York University and a B.S. from Emerson College. Active in the community, Kira has been a board member of a number of non-profit organizations.
