Jim DeMaioPresident of Learning Dynamics![]() A former Director of Corporate Training in the financial services industry, Jim has over twenty years of experience in the areas of management consulting and training and development. Jim has personally trained thousands of Fortune 500 managers. Jim also designs customized training programs on such topics as customer service, management, communications, business ethics, and team building. He co-authored the award-winning Common Decency® (”Managing Fairly and Legally”) and Integrity at Work® training programs. Jim has also coached executives and managers in improving their personal styles and leadership effectiveness. Jim’s clients include Bayer, Boehringer-Ingelheim, CIGNA, GE, the Hartford Courant, LensCrafters, MetLife, the New York Mets, Pitney Bowes, Sears, and Yale University. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science from Quinnipiac University and an M.B.A. from the University of New Haven. He is a faculty member of the National School of Banking. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Management at Quinnipiac University and an Adjunct Professor in the graduate Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at the University of New Haven.
