This business ethics training program demonstrates the intricacies of ethical decision making beyond compliance with laws and company policies. Available in classroom or computer-based versions.
Companies who ignore ethics also run the risk of personal and corporate liability.
By contrast, those who promote an integrity-based approach to business ethics can build a bridge between their employees’ personal values and those of the organization.
In doing so, they give their managers day-to-day decision making skills that directly contribute to the organization’s health, stability, and success.

About Integrity at Work®
In the Integrity at Work® business ethics training program, managers are provided with a structured method for dealing with ethical dilemmas that arise on the job.
Whether working in a large publicly-held corporation, a small, privately owned company, or a non-profit organization, managers encounter ethical questions in their day-to-day activities.
Sometimes the answer is clear; other times managers may be puzzled about the most responsible way to handle a given situation.
And the decision may reflect not only upon one’s own integrity but also that of the organization.
Managers who complete the Integrity at Work® program gain new skills and greater confidence to integrate ethically responsible decision making into their work.
Based on the work of Dr. Michael Rion, who is nationally recognized for his pioneering work in ethics training, Integrity at Work® gives managers a practical, common sense approach to making tough decisions.
It gives managers a proven process to help make ethical decisions they can live with.
Integrity at Work has won national and international awards for video excellence.
