Gary Steele

Senior Consultant

Gary Steele has more than 25 years of experience in human resources as a project manager and team leader. His in-demand style of leadership and management consulting is the result of his broad, unique background in the military, the field of education, and in the pharmaceutical and telecommunications industry sectors. He has designed and presented programs on team assessment, performance evaluation, leadership development, business ethics, and employee orientation across the country. Gary has served as Director of Human Resources and Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Pfizer’s World Headquarters in New York City.

Gary holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Boston University and is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point. He is an active member of Rotary Club International and Toastmasters.
