Ed has worked with clients in the pharmaceutical, medical supply, entertainment, and publishing industries around such issues as performance improvement, harassment and discrimination, business ethics, and workplace violence.

Ed has over 20 years experience in Human Resources in both the public and private sector.

He has also worked as a road patrol officer, traffic accident reconstructionist, and training officer for the Detroit Police Department for 13 years.

Ed holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice and an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from Wayne State University. In addition, Ed volunteers nationally to conduct workshops on effective fathering for the National Center for Fathering.
