Bev Bahmanyari is a professional trainer and facilitator with over 18 years of experience working with Fortune 100 companies. She does specialized consulting with the "boomers," combining image consulting with career guidance.

Her personal development started with 15 years in the competitive field of front line sales. She then joined the corporate world in Human Resources and did technical recruiting, leading a team of highly successful recruiters. Bev later served as Employee Relations Manager for a telecommunications company and headed up leadership training for their major call center. Her certified coaching and mentoring helped managers address performance issues, behavior problems, and employee development which resulted in lower turnover rates, and a program for succession planning.

Bev has developed classes for corporate recruiters on sales, customer relations, and effective communication. She is certified in Behavioral Interviewing Techniques and was the lead trainer in that area for three years at EDS.

Bev has a PHR certification and is a member of SHRM and ASTD. She has participated in the Georgia 100 Mentorship Program and has taken part in multiple events for the Georgia Women's Business Council.
