Dr. Barbara Vallera has over 25 years experience in human resources and training and has held several management positions in Human Resources.

Barbara has a unique blended background in professional education, curriculum design and research, business/management, and higher education. Among her many accomplishments, she has developed leadership programs, assessment centers, and succession planning strategies.

Barbara has her Doctorate from the University of Phoenix. She also holds Masters degrees from Renssalear at Hartford and Central Connecticut State University.

Barbara was formerly Associate Director of Organizational Leadership Programs at Quinnipiac University. She also has served as an adjunct professor at Springfield College and Albertus Magnus College.
