Barbara has twenty-five years of successful management and consulting experience with a broad background obtained from sales, financial, marketing, and human resources responsibilities.

Barbara’s background as an entrepreneur, trainer, and human resources executive has resulted in a business partner who combines a pragmatic approach with strong creative abilities.

Her achievements include a variety of leadership and customer service programs. Barbara’s clients include several financial institutions, Northeast Utilities, EMCOR, and NYISO.

Barbara was formerly Director of Human Resources at People’s Bank in Connecticut. During her tenure, she led the business transformation initiatives involved in five acquisitions during an eighteen month period.

Barbara holds a Bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College and a Master’s in Education from Columbia University.

She is an active member of the American Management Association, Human Resources Planning Society, SHRM, ASTD, and the National Association of Female Executives.

Barbara has also worked with low income mothers and fathers through work with Head Start, WIC, and Rescue.
