Barbara Bellinger is a Senior Consultant with Learning Dynamics. A former Vice President of Employee Development Programs at People's United Bank, she brings more than 30 years of experience that includes branch management, learning and development, training, employee relations, and recruiting.

Barbara has designed, facilitated and managed an organization-wide diversity and inclusion education process, the creation and management of leadership development programs for aspiring and emerging leaders, and the design and delivery of the bank's onboarding process.

As an educator, Barbara brings experience as an adjunct college instructor in the areas of human resources and education at colleges in Connecticut and New Jersey.

Barbara holds a bachelor's degree from Howard University and a master's degree from Southern Connecticut State University.

An experienced community leader, she is currently active as a board member of several organizations, including The Community's Bank in Bridgeport, CT, the Norma Pfriem Breast Care Center, the Bridgeport Public Education Fund, and the Bridgeport Board of Education.
