Alexis has over 20 years experience in counseling, group training, public speaking, and teaching.

She is a certified trainer in the “Six Thinking Hats” creative thinking program developed by Dr. Edward de Bono, an international authority on creativity.

Alexis has taught Business Ethics, Creative Leadership, and Management and Human Behavior in the School of Business at Quinnipiac University and Albertus Magnus College.

She has also produced and hosted television talk shows for WTNH in New Haven, Connecticut, and for an NBC affiliate in Denver.

Alexis holds a BA in Psychology from Albertus Magnus College, an MA in Theology & Human Behavior from Yale University, and is completing her Ph.D. in Psychology at Oxford University in England.
