Who We Are

Mary-Ellen Sposato Rogers has more than 25 years of experience as an accomplished executive and entrepreneur. She is known for her ability to implement innovative human resources, health and wellness strategies while building long-term relationships with high-profile corporate clients nationwide. She is the founder and CEO of Work/Life Innovations, a 25-year old award-winning company, which she grew from a start-up organization that was sold to a Fortune 500 corporation in 2007.
As Vice President and Practice Leader at a national disease and wellness management company, she managed product development for the organization. Her responsibilities included product design, client relationship management, and oversight of EAP (Employee Assistance Program) clinical operations teams. As a member of the senior management development team, she directed the health, wellness and disease management business segments of the organization. She also served as Director in Employment Counseling for The Travelers for eight years before becoming an independent consultant to the corporation, where she established “Project Future,” a career resource program for inner-city youth.
Mary Ellen holds a BSW from Providence College, where she currently serves on the Board of Trustees. She also serves on the Executive Board for “Women Executives in Health Care” and she has been named one of “Eight Remarkable Women in Business” by The Hartford Business Journal.
