Who We Are


Bobbie Rich is an award-winning business development and relationship manager with more than 25 years of experience in sales, client service, and training. She has been responsible for delivering training programs in behavioral interviewing, sales, customer service and clinical diagnostic equipment operation.
Bobbie spent nine years as Vice President of Client Services at Right Management, where she spearheaded business development efforts while managing client relationships. Her focus has been on building client relationships based on trust and shared goals with her client base.
Prior to joining Right Management, Bobbie served as Director of Sales and Consulting Services for Behavioral Technology (BT/Novations) for the New York Metropolitan area. She delivered “Professional Selling Skills Training” for Learning International (AchieveGlobal) and “Excellence in Customer Service” programs. As Vice President of Sales for The Skonie Corporation, Bobbie provided targeted training in the clinical diagnostics industry. She is dedicated to fostering healthy food choices, completing numerous courses at The National Gourmet Institute, including “Food Therapy” and “The Psychology of Eating”, a signature course at The Institute for the Psychology of Eating in Boulder, Colorado.
Bobbie has served as Co-Vice President of Programs for The Board of the Human Resources Leadership Association of Eastern Connecticut, where she was recently appointed a Lifetime Honorary Member and she is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Southwestern Connecticut Girl Scout Council.
Bobbie holds an MS in Medical Technology from California State University and a BS in Biology from Russell Sage College (NY).
